what we promise, what we don't, what if something went wrong

Below are the boundaries within which this archive operates. Plain language, without legal jargon, but with enough precision for an honest conversation.

What this archive is

Qliphoth is an independent esoteric archive of the dark side of the kabbalistic Tree of Life. The author is a practitioner and researcher of the tradition; the identity is not disclosed for reasons of tradition. The project is not affiliated with any religious organisation, order or commercial structure.

The archive itself is free. Services are paid separately (see below).

Nature of the services

The archive's services are interpretive texts: natal chart, tarot spread, synastry, grimoires. All materials are delivered as PDF after payment. Personal readings (natal, synastry) are prepared for each client; grimoires are pre-made files.

Esoteric services are not psychological help, not medical advice, not legal counsel, not financial planning. If you need one of these, please turn to the appropriate professional.

Payment

Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency (USDT, primarily TRC-20 or ERC-20; other networks by agreement). The flow:

  • Message us on Telegram @qliphoth_archive naming the service
  • Receive a wallet address and exact amount
  • Send the payment, share the TX hash
  • After network confirmation (usually 1-5 minutes) — receive the PDF via Telegram

Crypto transfers are irreversible — chargebacks are not possible. If you have doubts, ask before paying. Guaranteed answers to all questions before the transfer.

Delivery times

  • Ready-made PDF grimoires (Qliphoth Grimoire, Tables, Lunar Report) — delivered within 1 hour after payment confirmation, usually instantly
  • Personal readings (Natal, Tarot Spread, Synastry) — delivered within 24-72 hours. Usually faster, but the author has one set of hands and quality outranks speed

If the PDF has not arrived within the stated times, write. We will sort it out.

Refunds

Refunds within 7 days of delivery, if the PDF genuinely did not suit or did not match the description. No interrogation, no "prove you did not like it".

Refunds are made in the same cryptocurrency, to the same wallet the payment came from. At the exchange rate at the moment of the refund.

Refunds are not made if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • You have forwarded the PDF to third parties (violation of copyright)
  • You have asked for a refund but continue using the material

Copyright

All site content and PDF files are the intellectual property of the archive's author. You may:

  • Read, print, use for yourself
  • Quote with attribution (a link to the site)
  • Save purchased PDFs on your devices for personal use

You may not:

  • Publish PDFs in open access or give/sell them to third parties
  • Copy site materials to your own site without permission
  • Use the content in commercial projects without permission

Responsibility and disclaimer

The materials of the archive are intended for educational and contemplative purposes. The practice of the dark side of Kabbalah is serious work with the psyche; the author bears no responsibility for how you apply what you receive. Magical practices, divination, work with demonological symbolism — your personal responsibility.

If you are in an unstable psychological state, in crisis, or under 18 — do not work with these materials without the guidance of an adult specialist.

The archive's author does not provide medical, legal, psychiatric or financial advice. Anything that appears to be such advice is not advice.

Changes to the terms

Terms may be updated. Substantial changes are announced in the channel @qliphoth_archive and sent to caravan subscribers. The date of the last update is at the bottom of the page.
